Gatab Deep Sea Discharge
For the Deep Sea Discharge project inAntalya, Kemer, first Ø630 mm PE 100 PN 10 YYPE pipe and other required equipment were delivered to the area. Following surveys and studies to identify the condition of the sea bed in the region, the diffuser pipe was safely demounted and carried 200m forward. The locations of anchorage blocks to be connected to the current pipe were marked, after excavation of marked points, their connections were completed. After the bottom part of the anchorage blocks were placed on the bed of the diffuser pipeline with an additional 200m pipe to be connected to the end of the line, connections were made to the diffuser pipe with additional pipes. After locating the sacks next to the current pipeline as described in the project on the coastal part, the saddle blocks were located.Anchorageblocks on the current Ø450mm diffuser were removed and the connections of the diffuser were completed.
