Beach Reclamation & Artificial Beach Construction
Our Company provides beach construction works involving formation of artificial beaches in the process of designing and effectively creating a beach with the aim to increase the level of user comfort and coastal aesthetic in areas where there is no natural beach formation or in coastal areas of lower quality. We particularly offer services to Hotels, Holiday Villages, Resorts, Beach Clubs and to sum up holiday complexes with pebble, stone rocky beaches or facilities with low quality sand.
Due to several successful projects realized in the field, we closely study the project area from both land and sea perspective. We specify the conditions for the creation of an artificial beach, the requirements in terms of sea structures, the optimum sand grain diameter, amount and seabed slope. In order to improve the coastal area, if necessary, rock, stone and conglomerate materials are disrupted and carried out from the field and the beach strip is increased by pumping sand from the sea bottom.
In order to create and maintain an artificial beach there may be need of a variety of sea structures which limit the movement of the sand such us sand trapping barriers. In constructing these structures, we provide systems which are created in line with the natural conditions of the region and the features of the facility itself. At the end of these processes the chosen sand is distributed across the beach meticulously in order to enhance the facilities. White sand, which is especially preferred in the recent artificial beach construction projects, is completely “Quartz” featured and thanks to this feature, it prevents problems such as sticking to the human body and burning feet due to heat directed from the sun and provides a great deal of user comfort and satisfaction.
