Aksa Deep Sea Discharge
The concrete weights were produced and installed for the line to be located in the area of facilities of Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. in Yalova. It began with deep discharge security and discharge chambers with Ø1600mm PN4 HDPE 100 pipeline, was floated for 50m on the land and 450m in the sea, was submerged as one piece and connections were completed. It was connected to the current Ø1600mm PN4 HDPE 100 pipeline in the area with additional 150m in the sea with flange connection. The diffuser was produced and connected to the last 50m of the new line for 20.000m³/hr discharge. For the part of the project on the land, pipes were connected at the same level with the current pipeline. Ø900mm diameter maintenance shafts were produced and installed in every 200m for the new lines in the project. After completion of production and connection of the entire Deep Sea Discharge system, projects including the layout plan, longitudinal section plan, immersion blocks etc. were prepared and delivered.
